And another thing...

I find being the body for a lift quite stressful. This is especially the case if you do not know your classmates. I don't have the fastest ears and being dropped while unduly negative during a CBL is no fun at all. This hasn't happened on CCR fortunately.

we did this as well in my rb80 course.
doing these sorts of recoveries lets you know just how much you do NOT want to pass out underwater
