Sad it might be a war grave so diving it will be restricted for a while. It is not deep, it must be a difficult location to dive or somebody would have found it sooner.

It's in a crowded shipping lane...
EDIT: apparently you will be able to dive on it later, but you will need to ask for permission as it is a war graveyard
