Background Music

I was on Scubaboard this morning, when all of a sudden background music started to play. Never had this happen before. When trying to figure out where it was coming from, I noticed a "mute" icon the the tab. Is this something new ??

Could you please provide us a screen shot? "Windows Button" + "Prt Scr" will accomplish that and then post it here.

If you look in the top right of the screen shot, you will see the tab with the "mute" icon and the "x" icon.

Noise control for tabs is an option in some browsers. Mine (Firefox) is not activated but I can add it.

I am using Firefox, but not sure how to access the "noise control".

At first I thought it was, but is a looped tune. While searching for the source, I noticed the "mute" icon on the tab.

Maybe something being played in another tab and they move the mute icon to the active tab? or a bug in FF, I haven't used FF in a long time but it used to be known as the buggy browser. I tried Safari, Chrome, Edge and IE and didn't get any music

I hear voices sometimes.

FWIW, I had music yesterday. I was able to mute it, but I never did find the source. I assumed that it came from an ad, but I was not able to confirm this. I was using FirFox and was able to "mute" it as well.
