The primer and adhesive work really well that I listed above. It dries hard. So for protection against the skin due to where this tear was I put Sil-poxy over the top once it dried. That will give a smoother texture to the repaired area. I've spent the last 6 months testing adhesives for silicone seals. This primer adhesive combo is the best I have found.
 
It finally happened. I got around to gluing a permanent set of blue si-tech silicone seals to a wrist zip ring. Going to dive it tomorrow night. Will report back with pictures.
