What’s going on with all these geezer divers? Don't they know that they should be sitting on their porches waiting for whatever they wait for?

We are not sitting on the porch waiting for the Grim Reaper; we are out to face him down!

If i'm sitting on the porch, I'm just waiting for the tide.

Is that the drinking club that dives? :D

They've got cocktail glasses with fancy umbrellas that are rated waterproof to 5 atmospheres!
Keeping the beer properly carbonated at that depth just makes too many bubbles as it warms up and hits the throat, though.

In scuba certification, we had to bring in a bottle of soda (remember glass bottles?) and then
1-DRINK it while on the pool bottom
2-SEND IT UP EMPTY before we surfaced.

Whoa, fizzy in the throat!
