Rescue Team in Thailand to Drill Into Cave to Try to Reach Trapped Boys

They brought in “a team of 17 United States Air Force rescue and survival specialists” from Okinawa and “three expert cave divers from Britain”. Hope this new team they’ve assembled will help find the boys.

My heart really goes out to the boys and their families. Just hope the rescue efforts prove successful and they are found alive!

Saw this on the news this morning. Can someone provide a context or explanation of what appears to be an inner tube on the back of the diver? I'm clueless.

Some wings, primarily for public safety divers, are made of a rubber or nonpourous material material that can be easily decontaminated. Don't know if that is the case here, but I would think so.
