Established Eco-resort on off-shore caye seeks an experienced, communicative individual/couple to join our core management team in Belize. This position would work alongside the owners and GM to meet/exceed the high standards already in place and is a year-round position(s). We are looking for committed long-term individual(s) and not for someone interested in short-term positions.
Candidates background would ideally include:
- Organizational/Administrative capacity
- Quantifiable management experience
- Computer Literate
- English Language; Spoken and Written
- Mechanical Aptitude applying logical problem solving skills
- Willingness to help wherever's necessary
- Minimum of (PADI)Dive Instructor Certification or equivalent
- Ability & willingness to work in remote environment
- Background in marketing with social media experience
- Interest or experience in any of the following areas would also be applicable:
Marine Ecology/Research, Conservation Efforts, Solar/Wind Projects, Green Globe Certification, Catch & release/Fly Fishing, Snorkeling
