I should have mentioned, my short doubles hose was actually a long sport (octopus).
It looped around my RIGHT shoulder to a 90° elbow, and the necklace. No sure I have an old photo.
Sold the doubles 5 years ago. (after total knee replacement).

I found it best to keep things separated, so they can easily grabbed/felt with dry gloves on.

What's the point in separating those hoses? They're not going anywhere.

Edit: Oh okay, for the routing I just saw your previous message so that clears some things up.
 
I was playing around with my regs, on the weekend & I suddenly realized I might have overlooked a simple solution.
My short hose on my right side is actually a long octopus hose from my backmount, rig.
I still have the original std length, (coiled in my spairs kit) so I'll swap them first & see if that doesn't resolve the hooking around my suit inflator.
