Europa for sure but I think I have seen it in Mega and Chedraui as well.

Does Mega have IPA beer also??
Yes, but the best IPA on the island can be easily enjoyed at Cervezeria Punta Sur, on 10th,just across from La Choza.

Yes. It's a brewpub, and they usually have 5-6 beers. They also have a woodburning oven in which they make excellent empanadas and pizzas, including a great lionfish pizza. It's more-or-less across the street from La Choza and you can park inexpensively in the same lot La Choza uses.

La Europea has several Moët et Chandon champagnes, including Dom Perignon. I've seen Brut Impérial at Mega (usually around Christmas) and occasionally at Covi. I haven't seen Nectar Impérial or any rosés. I haven't looked for any vintage ones.
