The biggest scam in FEMA! Having to buy flood insurance because your in a flood plain that has never flooded is ridiculous. Especially when FEMA will do whatever it takes to deny a claim!

There's quite a few people in Dane County WI having second thoughts...
 
The correct answer to the original question is to:
1) read the policy, or;
2) call the company and ask.
For a normal human, #2 will be faster.
