I know that exercising after diving isn't a good thing to do, but what about exercising several hours before a two-tank dive? Since I had skin bends last year, I don't want to do anything to send me to the chamber again by doing something that I shouldn't prior to a dive.

I found the answer to my question in an article by DAN. Basically it said no intense exercising 24 hours before or after diving. The reason is with substantial muscular force and joint loading, it's believed to transiently increase micronuclei activity. So I guess I'll have to settle for a nice morning walk with my dog instead of aerobic/weight training activity before diving tomorrow.:scubadiver:
