I got really lucky this year. I've had a Perdix for a couple of years and love it. Right at the point where my tech training and diving was increasing, and I was considering a second tech computer to 'back up' the Perdix, two things happened: my company had a great year and shared that in a great bonus, and about one day later Shearwater announced the Teric. After one dive, the Perdix became the backup to the Teric.

JJ CCR and my last case of catheter condoms :)

I had to Google that last one. Should we assume you're dry suit driving? Or... I don't know what to say....

Shearwater Teric - I seem to be part of the cult now.
Deep 6 Regs - another cult...

Shearwater (Petrel 1 but any will do)
Henderson 5mm Aqualock. Fits great, stretches great, second skin. Use it for anything between just a pair of shorts and using the drysuit.

That is the stuff I can think of that I have owned for years and would replace with the exact same stuff if I ever lost it. Well the Petrel would probably get a newer version, but close enough. There is a lot of other things I have that I really like (like the drysuit) but I might try a different version if I need to replace it. Yes, another drysuit, but I will shop around. Might get the same, might not.

I suppose it's not technically dive gear, but diving would be a lot less fun without it. This little boat has been all over the Great Lakes and taken me to some amazing, rarely accessed sites....
