I'm having a similar issue with my Aga... breathes in & out fine in air, once submerged in flutters on inhalation but not on exhalation. Every couple of breaths it would have a single non-fluttering inhalation. Positive Pressure mask as well. I will try the silicone lube, but figured I'd post here and see if any other suggestions come out. Thanks!

Hi @mmorgan4 ,

Fluttering is typically due to the regulator being adjusted incorrectly (lever too low), the lever shaft / sealing sleeve being too dry and the shaft not moving smoothly in the sleeve or the mask not having a solid seal around the face.

If you have any trouble or need any further help, shoot me an email at : anelson@otscomm.com

Cheers.
