#2 maybe overgrowing mat tunicate Humann Creature 2d ed. p. 417
#4 maybe king helmet based on dark strips over outer lip Humann Creature 2d ed p. 268
#5 maybe variable boring sponge Humann Creature p. 59

Don't think #2 is a mat tunicate - the stuff seemed less "leathery" and more fluffy - seemed to be floating above rather than be attached to the reef.
#4 - the lip does have stripes, but the shape of the shell looks different. Anyone know for sure?
#5 - Variable Boring Sponge does look correct.

Thanks

#2 might be a (somewhat senesced) Microdictyon infestation. Sometimes a Caribbean reef patch will be completely covered over by the stuff. It sort of just sits loose on top of the reef and is easily knocked off with fin kicks or hands. I once had a group of students "have at" a small infested coral head with butter knives.

If the Microdictyon got too hot or completed a sexual life stage it might have turned into yellow goop like in your photo. I've only seen it green and crispy though.
