If you're in Pax River, you should definitely check out the folks at Southern Maryland Divers https://www.somddivers.com if you haven't already. They have a monthly meeting for their dive club (organized by Erik Petkovic) that is a little far away for me to get to, but if it was closer I'd definitely be there.
