Sorry for the tabloid title, it seems that he happens to be in the way of a whale feeding and was spat out.

Not sure whether there is a lesson to be learned here

He probably burb some air out of his lung when his stomach got squeezed and swallowed some of the whale pukes. Ew!

Glad to know that he survived that one & nothing bad happened afterwards.
