Hello all. Amanda and I just opened a new dive lodge, literally less than five minutes door to gate from Ginnie Springs. The place is from cave divers for cave divers. A clean and comfortable 3 bedroom house, with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Outside, there is a pole barn that has a concrete floor and a covered roof. With lighting and electrical outlets out there for charging lights/scooters and racks to dry your suits. The pole barn is also a great place to set up your gear and stay dry (even during a rain shower). We also have an outside gas grill and park benches. The Lodge is still growing, we will soon be installing a fire pit and hotub. Lots of open space outside. If interested check out our Facebook page (website tofollow shortly) or call Amanda at 386-454-0264.

Best of luck! I'd like to come by and check out the place sometime to let students know.
Thanks Ken. Give Amanda a call at 386-454-0264 and she will show you the place. BTW, I really liked your blog article DPV Dive planning.

Ooh, I love a hottub, right after the 2nd decodive of the day.

That is the last thing cavedivers want to have, unless you are also offering free multiplace chamber rides.

Otherwise, looks good, and I'm sure that you will have enough business to keep busy.

Thanks Mike. Your non diving spouse might appreciate the hot-tub. As for you, make sure that your DAN Insurance is paid up. :)

FYI, a student of mine rented a room here this past weekend and he was very happy with the amenities.

Does the house have high speed internet? Asking because I can rarely disconnect completely due to work.
