Repair Kit Content Docs

Hi Fellow DIY Guys,

I am beginning to service my own regulators. I am getting help by a friend who is experienced in servicing Scubapro regs.

I am looking for the Repair Kit docs [that list the parts for annual service] for the following second stages:

S600 [2001-2006]
R380
G200
G250
G250HP

The G series above are not as critical at this time.

I am attaching the doc I do have for the MK20/MK25 as an example

Ah, yes, thanks! I have combed that thread and printed out all the attachments.

It helps with some of the o-rings...but not the full contents of the repair kits [such as HP Seats on first stages]...I am still looking for the full content of the repair kits for those second stages.

Unless...those second stages ONLY have o-rings to be replaced....

These documents contain all of the parts in the Service Kits, but there are parts that still need to be replaced during a complete overhaul that are not included in the service kit. A good example is 01.050.162 when you change the turret O-ring when overhauling a Mk25. But those part numbers are on the schematics.

I found the manual on Frogkick https://www.frogkick.dk/manuals/cressi-sub/ and especially the Airplus secondstage pretty good with describing how to adjust the second stage.

Useable for most second stages for the part on how adjust the orifice, which can be confusing.
