I just don't log dives
So my transmitter is not connecting to my perdix AI.
Yes the numbers were entered correctly and yes the tank is on.
It's brand new so it's not a battery issue.

Anyone else ever had this problem? If so what did you do?

change the battery. there is no guarantee it isn't the battery....

I have an email out to their service department. I’ll go and buy a battery and change it. It’s possible that it is dead. But wouldn’t that show me the battery indicator and not the loss comms?

@racanichou if the battery is dead, the xmitter can't transmit. The Shearwaters unfortunately don't display battery level until they are very close to dying. If you have a multimeter, check the battery voltage before replacing

I will try a new battery to see if that fixes it.
