Where can I source narrow spacing bands and isolator crossbar for lp46/50 sized tanks in the US?

Piranha. It is not narrower centers, so a modern manifold is used... Bands are costly.

I've seen those. The narrow manifolds are modern they're just not as common in the us.

I looked at this a bit ago. Piranha was the only one than seemed they might, but the descriptions were confusing. Europe has multiple manifold widths. The only clear option seemed to order from Europe and be very careful to get the right cylinder, manifold, and regulator threading. Also there were some comments that standard US spacing of 8.5 ctc might be more stable as the weight was spread out more, giving the tanks more angular momentum, at the cost in angular agility. The hose lengths and space you have to deal with them would also be more standard. And the Euro valves might not have burst disks. I just went with US 8.5" c-t-c spacing. Good luck.

ETA In 8.5" c-t-c, I got these:
DGX Premium Doubles Bands Set w/Bolts in 5.5" for AL40 and LP50. They fit AL40 fine, but did not seem to fit my filled LP50s without scraping off most of the paint and a bit of the metal, or some elaborate spreading.
DGX also has these: Doubles Bands Set w/Bolts for 5.5-Inch Cyl which may be what they offer for LP50.

Here are my notes:

Why wouldn't you get the bands that support a standard manifold? I'm using them on my 50s and it is a great setup. The bands I'm using are from tech_n_rec_solutions on bay. I just checked and Victor is still an active Ebay seller, but doesn't have any bands listed. The bands I got from him are really nice.
