Splendid Toadfish. Usually only see them like picture below.

+1 on the Splendid Toadfish pic; they're usually in a burrow. I've never seen one out and about like that.

Saw a few splendid toadfish during our night dives at Paradise. Heard a lot more than what we saw !! They make a very distinctive sound.
