Hi, just getting into diving and looking for my first computer. Will probably become a backup if I seriously pursue diving, but just need a cheap one to start.

The TEC 2G is a fine DC. It'll do pretty much whatever you want and is downloadable with an inexpensive infrared dongle to Smarttrak, Subsurface, or most major dive logs. Been using one for years, even bought a backup from guruboy awhile back.

Leisure Pro has the Geo 2.0 for $269.00 Oceanic GEO 2.0 Wrist Computer and the Aqua Lung i200 for $219.00 Aqua Lung i200 Wrist Computer Both are good buys. I use the Geo 2.0 as my backup.
