Cenote Dive Guides in Tulum, Mexico?

What guides or shops have a good reputation for renting high quality gear and leading safe dives through cenotes in the Tulum, Mexico area? Me and my dive buddy have Cavern level certification and are used to diving back doubles in wetsuits. I have a little over 50 dives and he has more. My girlfriend is only an OW diver with maybe 10 dives but she won't be coming on all the dives. We are looking to book 3-4 days worth of diving this November. Price is not an issue.
