Hi guys,
I acquired a Mako which has a leak. I’ve found there is a small deformity in the nose cone seating surface. I’m assuming the previous owner dropped it and it fell on something like the edge of a table.

How would you guys go about fixing this?

If the leak is where the nose cone mates with the center section, check with Curt at DPV Repair(he is located in central Fl). He sells an over-sized O-ring that may help solve the problem.

It is. No crack or material missing... just deformed just enough to allow a leak. I believe it needs a little filler and should be fine.

with my supervision I can see some heat may deform it back if you are able
