I have an Oceanic reg set with a console. I think I would rather just have a SPG.
Can i just remove the SPG from the console and use it or do I need to buy a stand-alone SPG?

It's pretty much guaranteed to be plastic. Buy a DGX brass n glass for 60.00 and sell the Oceanic to offset the cost a bit.

Thanks Sean. That sounds like a plan.
I an getting tired of making sure this big thing is controlled.

I should clarify - you should feel free to buy any brass 'n' glass SPG you want. I suggest the Dive Gear Express one because it's the cheapest I've seen and all the 2" gauges are made by the same company in Italy.

There is no reason to buy anything if you have a plastic SPG

take the SPG out of off of of off of the console and go diving
