What foot size/boot actually works in them?

I wear an 11-12 shoe, attached dry suit boot is supposed to be a 12 and they were perfect, 3 mm wet suit boot size 12 and they were fine. Here's the chart from ScubaPro, seems to reflect fairly well my experience... 12-13 looks like the sweetspot, depending on equipment.
