Bummer, I was hoping to maybe go back for labor day but can't take an extra day off to fly back wed am instead of Tuesday am.
 
I have dealt with Arvin Haylock and Iris Matute (the two senior customer service officers shown in the photo) many times via the meet and greet program, and they have always been extremely gracious and helpful, so I am anticipating that the new customer service program will be in good hands. Good to hear that Cayman is trying to go an extra step.
