Hi, There is a joint US / Canada exploration of the ocean floor off of Sable Island on the east coast. They are live streaming the footage from the ROV. this is pretty cool!!

There is a great book about "Sable Island", I think it is called the Nymph and the Lamp. Also a book about early radio if memory serves me correctly.

I was watching that for an hour yesterday. It's fascinating that the people on the microphones can ask for sponge samples or to move the camera a bit remotely to an ROV five miles deep.
