Going to be buying the single tank package, just need some clarity on hose lengths. Building towards GUE/DIR

Primary: 84"
Secondary: 22" on necklace?
SPG: only 2 options so I am assuming 32"?
BC Inflator: using a hydros pro, length from center of the corrugated hose connector on the wing to the fitting is 16". Is 22" long enough or should I look at 27"?

Is a Hydros Pro acceptable for GUE?

No, I bought it before I decided what path to take at a good price (under $400 slightly used demo). Just completed my OW cert and want to do fundies, so I'll be getting a bp/w in the future. In the meantime, getting the rest of the equipment I need, and more dives :)

I have what you mentioned above. The 24" HP SPG hose takes a little to get used to but stays out of the way. On my Zen I used the 22" inflator hose. It looks like a nice travel BCD though.

Run it by @cerich. He used to work for GUE, so he'd be jammers at giving you advice.
technically TREBOR when it still had Halcyon before it moved to High Springs.. it was 19 years ago..LOL

So, like, 100 years ago?

To the OP, the standard hose lengths generally work well, I find most have to either change the inflator hose or the actual inflator (BCD) hose to get everything fitting properly. When I teach essentials (UTD fundies) I have lots of hoses available, I assume your instructor will do the same. Kudos to you for taking a step in the right direction.

I have the Hydros Pro in medium, I'm 5' 9". I bought this pkg and went with 40" orange for primary donate, 24" black for secondary on a necklace, 32" SPG hose for the 2" B/G that is bolt snapped on my left side above the weight holster. I originally used the D-ring under it, but now have a ninja pocket there. The 27" could work, but I'm more comfortable with the 32". I have the 27" inflator hose. My wife has the 22" on her Hydros Pro (women's XS-S). We have ball joints on the 2nd stages. Been extremely happy with our gear and the service from Deep 6.

Just placed my order. Now I need to find bolt snaps and a depth gauge while I save up for a computer...
