Looking for Dive Buddy in Maui

I'll be in Maui arriving 10/12 and leaving 10/12, staying in Lahaina. Tied up AMs Mon-Fri, so planning to do a boat dive to Lanai on 10/19, but might be interested in a shore dive or two (e.g., Mala Pier sounds great, but haven't done any shore diving in Hawaii), if anyone is interested in an afternoon or evening dive.

I'm a fellow Puget Sound diver, I'll be on maui 10/19-10/24, I'd be interested in doing a shore dive. I had heard the same thing about Mala pier. I'm with the rest of my non-diving family so I'm in search of a buddy.
