Found a weight pocket on Lillie Parsons

I found a weight pocket on the Lillie Parsons last night. It was almost directly under the boat near the mooring.
The name "Simon" is written on it.

Does anyone know who this might be? I'd like to return it.

The weights in the pockets have SG initialed on them.
Does anyone know a Simon G who lost a weight pouch on the Lillie?

It was likely lost in early September, judging by the growth on it
