Never heard much else about this incident. Just seems odd that a diver surfaces with the flag and doesn't inflate his BC?

A little surprised with the conditions since the incident he hasn't been recovered.

Been trying to find Tom's girlfriend Kimberly. We stayed in touch quite a while but my Facebook page got deleted. Someone I believe on this site knew her sister which was how got connected so if that person is around please contact me.

Old post but no he was found. His
Old response, the Tom drifted away from his dive and never found again. I haven't been since it happened
