Heading for Anthony’s Key on Wednesday! Does anyone know what the water temperatures are in Roatan right now? Trying to figure out what wetsuit to pack.
I’ve seen lots of “typical water temps for November” sites but nothing current.

It is predictably, year round, 88 degrees, give or take, Depends on what depth you look at your thermometer.

AKR has an additional factor of intense repetitive dives, so that is a real difference and consideration over Roatan’s many other offerings.

It is rainy season, you’re headed for the seasonal windward side of the island. It’s the time when the North and West can get pretty fuggly. Take a GoreTex shell.

No one can tell you what suit will work. All you can do is know the temp, then factor in the repetitive dives, along with your prior logged experiences.

Just checked with ARK. The temp is currently 85F

Thanks to both of you! We’ve been to AKR before but always in the spring, and water temps may vary seasonally.
It’s probably not the optimal time of year to go to Roatan, but given that we had several inches of snow and temps in the 20s last week, it’s still looking better than here!
