Sea Rovers is a good outfit—competent and fun. They have one of the faster boats out of Pemuteran so they get you to Menjangan fast and relatively comfortably.
Regarding accommodations, we stayed fairly low-end in 2017 and 2018. Both places we stayed were quite nice, but I don't know if they were any better or worse than the many other available lodgings in Pemuteran. That said, we were quite happy with Tirta Sari on our second trip.
