The Lions Den side used to be part of a timeshare network. Nice apartments.
 
Lion's Den was the restaurant of Lion's Dive resort. That space is now Ingridients Restaurant, named after the owner's wife, Ingrid.

We have stayed at Buddy Dive three times.
After the third time - my wife said hell no, not again - oops! I mean HELL NO - NOT AGAIN!
Our experience was as bad if not worse than the OP's. There are other places to stay on Bonaire and we do.
