"Extra" time between Baja (Komodo) and Sorong (Raja Ampat)

I'm doing two of my bucket list dives, a LOB in Komodo followed by a land-based resort in Raja Ampat.

The LOB ends on the 11th and the stay in Raja Ampat starts on the 14th. I expect to have a sufficient SI to fly on the afternoon of the 11th if I opt to. Am I better to say near Baja (and dive one day), or near Sorong (and potentially dive two days)

While I can find diving trips out of Baja, things look pretty slim out of Sorong. Am I missing something?

There aren't any diving trips out of Sorong since the closest dive sites are about 2 hours by speed boat to Batanta, or 3 hours by speed boat to Waisai.
