Looks like you were there the same day as us. My son counted 18, but that is just what we could see at a given moment in time.

Does Cabo Pulmo have sea lions or is that mostly La Paz?

there are sea lions.
they hang around the la lobera dive site.
usually when you get to the site, they'll be on the rocks. they'll jump in when you're diving to check you out.
