This is a Cave Adventurers Explorer Wide-Angle light.

Is there a lens I can buy to convert it into the Narrow-Angle?

Also, now that the o-ring has fallen out, I have no idea where it is supposed to go. I tried stretching it around the bottom of the thread, but then the lens is loose. I guess it goes on top of the lens and just kinda spreads out over the top edge of the lens?

It is too shallow for a reflector, so you would need a collimator. the oring generally is sandwiched between the body and the lense.

the heads on the wide vs narrow are different, it isn't a difference in lens. The narrow beams are actually about half an inch longer than the wide.
O-ring goes on top of the lens, you can see the groove in the cap

Every light I have places the o ring between the lens and the body, yours may be different but it doesn't appear that way. Should be inside the threads and the lens will squish it down.

Convert- better off buying a dedicated narrow beam. That body doesn't have enough depth to focus.

if you replace the lens with flat glass, you will get around 120 degree angle suitable for video

And it will appear weaker, because the same amount of light will be spread out over a larger area. No free lunch.

You could make spacer with threads on both side between light body and bezel and fit aspheric in to led focus , then you would have focused beam . I also would not glue threads but only apply some sealing compound to get fixed body . I think it would be long cca 4 - 5cm
