Apia, Tonga, Bora Bora, and Papeete

Going to be at each place one day in April. What are best dives and recommendations for dive operators. I am an experienced diver with 500+ dives mostly in the Caribbean.

Husband did a few dives in bora bora outside the lagoon and we used top dive. He really enjoyed it.
