@SaltwaterNomad FM7 was very good for me. I’d consider that an option given how much time you have. Free airport pickup and drop off, too.

Just a heads up on the Digital Hotel in T3 as I've stayed there twice already.....

Excellent write up of the digital hotel. I stayed there in April of 2019. Extremely convenient; only a short 1 minute escalator ride to T3 check in. Very clean. Bathrooms are huge with loads of room and a shower. WiFi is superb. My recommendation is to ask for a bottom capsule that opens on the side vs. the end. Also, you don't have to pay for an entire day like a hotel room; you can pay for shorter time periods. They give you a towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. You also get a small locker that locks. I mean if all you want to do is crash and get some sleep before heading out to Sorong, it's not a bad choice.

FM7 is really nice. 2km from the airport. Free pick up and drop off. Uniformed staff pick you up on your arrival.
The hotel has a good restaurant and coffee shop. Spa is highly recommended after overseas flight. I really enjoyed a good night sleep there.
