Does anyone know if companies will extend warranties if equipment can't get inspected

due to travel restrictions/shelter in place orders/store closures.

Warranties on our BCDs and regs are contingent on timely inspection.
 
Good company’s should so that excludes Scubapro. The shut down probably won’t last long enough for this to be an issue anyway.
 
The bigger question is will there be any companies still in business after the national and world hysteria passes to honor the warranty. My bet is yes, they will honor the warranty. Companies are not out to screw their customers. But customers often attempt it in reverse. If it is a year out of warranty, probably not. This is not going away in a few weeks so if we are still locked down in our houses collecting toilet paper come next March, all bets are off. N
