Has anyone used it? Any tips or tricks?

I'm doing wrist on a trilam so they said I don't need to use glue in addition. I know you heat it and it sticks so I'm looking for any tips from those who you tried it and learn from your experience.

Thats not true, you absolutely need have a base layer. It won't stick to trilam without a base layer. It sticks to bilam with nothing additional

You need to create a base layer of Mcnett Seal Cement, and let that fully dry. That gives the tape a urethane base, on the trilam, to attach to.

Make sure you clean all surfaces, and both sides of the tape with acetone, or it won't be successful.

Use a roller, and I found my Ski Wax Iron held the best temperature.

I just left a 1" strip of the old seals on the suit and put the adhesive tape on that, then the new seal. Never had a problem and even reheated to change out for new seals later on too. Watch the DRIS videos to learn how to do it.

This, I had good luck with a small hobby iron and parchment paper for heating
