For those experiencing “leaking” with a cough, sneeze or whatever, (urinary incontinence of the lighter variety), dry suits seem a no go, and long boat rides make you wish you’d been doing your Kegel exercises.
Well, here is a fun way to regularly practice those “tw@t squats” and, incidentally, the one video game every girl can play better than the boys in her life.

Whenever I'm in my drysuit, I have a She-P device on and it connects to the P-valve in my suit, so I'm good to dive as well as the boys. Problem solved.
