FYI, I just watched an episode of National Geographic's "Drain the Oceans" that focused on wrecks of wooden-hulled ships from the American Revolutionary War including wrecks in Lake Champlain, Lake Ontario, and the York River. I thought it was an interesting program, see the link below:

What an odd sounding title. Since it's on Disney+ I guess I'll check it out.
 
I saw it and thought it was really interesting.
 
when I saw it..I liked it, but got really tired of them reusing the same "lets, DRAIN THE OCEAN" catch phrase all the time...and the same animation...just felt very gimmicky to me...
 
I've always wondered how much the water helps hold the wreck up. If they drained it away I would guess even steel wrecks would collapse once the water was removed.
 
The series is on disney+ ? That would be a nice change of pace from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or Frozen 2!
