Other: IMO, Layout and Readability would be #1. As others have said, it won't mean much unless you can see/read it quickly and accurately....
 
Can i see it is the most important feature.
Is it intuitive is the second one.
AI would round out my "have to haves" on a PDC.
 
Agree with user interface and ease of use, so didn't vote any of the options. If you can't read the screen it is of zero value, that should also be a high priority consideration. But, if you can't use it properly it might lead to extreme badness.

Third on the list would be how high the cool factor is on the babe magnet scale!
