Fresno is very hot all the time so cooler is going to be relative. It's still 90 at 9 PM. You'd have to do 4 AM to hit the bottom at 68 degrees. It's 80 degrees by 10 AM with an unrelenting sun.

Surprised they mentioned humidity but maybe that is inside the tower with the water. Outside there is essentially none, showing 20% humidity @ 3 PM.
