Hi all,

I was looking for some advice on the AquaLung Legend Lx Supreme that was I think last year’s model but has since been discontinued by the company in favor of the Leg3nd series.

What are your thoughts on purchasing used regulators in which warranties will no longer be honored due to the purchase from a third party? Have you had issues with a used regulator that needed repair that was more than just a standard servicing?

Since this particular model has been discontinued, will shops still service the regulator? Or is that they just won’t be able to fix it if anything should go wrong?

If one was available in near new condition what would you offer with these conditions in mind of no warranty and the model now discontinued by the company?

Thank you,

Collin

titan lx supreme was replaced by the core supreme.

parts are still available, although replacement may get harder in the future other than the standard service parts.

used regs should be priced contingent on service costs unless if there is documentation the reg was purchased recently or serviced recently.
