That's outside the Beltway! Did you look for shops in San Antonio?

J/k, but in the greater Houston area, there are at least 15 dive shops. A few more if you include Huntsville, Galveston and the golden triangle. Several good diving options too, most with enthused operators who are making regular improvements.
