I know the answer unfortunately is probably buy the Nauticam housing but has anyone taken their Ikelite 2000DLM/A Housing for the Sony A6XXX series past 200' (60m)?

I know it's rated on paper to 200' but I occasionally have a need to photograph/video in the 250' (~76m) range. Just looking for feedback if someone has... Do the buttons work, Did it flood? Is the world going to end?

I've taken many housing past their "recommended" and 'rated" depths so I understand there is not always a hard and fast rule beyond what it's officially rated to. I know the Nauticam housing is rated to 330ft/100m but it's also $1000+ not counting dome / zoom gear, etc.

Thoughts?

Honestly, I would give Ikelite a call and ask them. They may be able to give you a "warranty is this but...." answer.
