Many countries like Indonesia do not really know how many Wuhan China virus cases they have and even if a vaccine is available how will they afford to give it to the populations they have?
It is NOT your concern I am afraid!
All you need is your own vaccination and hope it will give the protection you required.
The real concern for you is how and when will Republic of China(Taiwan) receive the vaccine. I will not be surprised that it is pretty low in the packing order since it is not a full member of the pathetic "who".
Good luck.

WHO is not leading the vaccine distribution process. USA, UK, EU and Japan have already secured a much larger proportion of the doses from Western producers (not the Russian or Chinese vaccines) than the proportion of their population on total world population. If the WHO was relevant in this matter, it would not have happenened.

There is a huge economical and human benefit in having the population vaccinated in Indonesia. And this will certainly happen, being it a bit slower than in richer countries. All children here follow the same vaccination programs as the kids in other countries. We are used to it and can get it organized. But for the foreign tourists who want to come to Indonesia this does not matter that much. For them it should be sufficient to get the shots themselves long enough before they come here.

If all other countries vaccinate the pandemic will be over in 2022. No need for RoC to vaccinate anymore.

I am in a safe country not ruled by communists. Taiwan is also quietly working away on a vaccine. Taiwan does not need the lying World Hapless Organization or it's butt kissing China.

Hope you are right!
Have to cancel my trip to the Island State in Jan 2021.

You have to be very optimistic to think this way!
Virus does mutate eg. flu

There won't be enough to go round the world next yr!
'who" probably has no say in the distribution of the vaccines within EU. But how about other lesser states/countries?
There will be a tug of war based on political influences and money power. It won't be a fair distribution(my own personal view).

I even would not be able to explain what a virus really is. So I listen to the specialists who do.

Brazil canceled the Chinese vaccination study due to death and various other bad results.

Why isn't Taiwan getting in line to purchase vaccine from AstroZenica etc?

Canada's vaccine isn't fully developed but we have others on order from Pfizer and Moderna, perhaps even AstroZenica
